You have started over enough times
Four weeks, one on one. Training, nutrition, recovery and direction, built around your actual life. You get the plan in week one and you train that week.
You already know how to start
You have done the apps. You have had the gym membership you stopped using. Somewhere along the way you learned that starting is the easy part, and you are a little tired of being the guy who starts.
Here is the thing nobody tells you: you probably did not fall off because the workout was wrong. You fell off because everything around the workout was a mess.
So the training is one part of four. The other three are the reason it holds this time.
Four pillars,
one plan
Anyone can sell you a workout. The four together are what make the workout stick, and that is the whole difference between this and a program you download.
Training
Built around your real schedule, not a template you abandon in week two.
Nutrition
Rules and habits you can actually hold, not a meal plan you ignore by Thursday.
Recovery
Sleep and daily structure. This is where most men are quietly losing the whole thing.
Direction
Goals in numbers, so you know what you are chasing and whether you are winning.
Same structure,
every client
No month of talking before anything happens. Your plan is in your hands in week one, and each week after that is a layer on a plan already running.
Discovery and build
A full session on where you are, what you have already tried, and what your life actually allows. An assessment, and your baseline numbers written down so week four has something to beat.
Nutrition and fuel
First check in, with a full week of doing it behind you. Now the food conversation happens against your real week rather than a hypothetical one, and the training gets adjusted where week one exposed a problem.
Recovery, sleep, structure
The layer nobody sells you and the one most men are actually losing on. Training load gets set against what your body is absorbing, and the daily structure that holds the other pillars up gets built.
The long game
Everything gets re-measured against your week one baseline, and you get shown on paper what moved. Then the plan is rewritten for the next eight to twelve weeks.
You are never
on your own
Anyone can sell you a program. Almost nobody answers the text.
Unlimited text support
Text any day of the program. A question in the grocery store, a form check, a bad week. This is the difference between a plan you follow and one you abandon on day nine.
Custom resources
Not a generic PDF pack. Grocery and swap lists, eating out rules, technique breakdowns, and the book or episode that lands for exactly where you are, picked as it comes up.
A plan that adjusts
Not frozen on day one. An injury, shift work, a week away, a stall in progress, it changes. You are paying for judgment week to week rather than a one time download.
Nothing here yet,
on purpose
This section stays empty until the first men have finished their four weeks and given permission to use their numbers.
Three to five results go here. Each one shows the week one baseline against the week four re-measure, because that comparison is the product. Real numbers and real names only, with written permission.
Before you start
I have failed at this before. Why would this be different?
Because the workout was probably never the problem. Most men fall off because the eating, the sleep and the structure around the training were a mess, so this fixes all four and in the order that actually holds. You also get measured in week one and again in week four, so you find out whether it is working while you are still in it.
How soon do I actually start training?
Week one. Your training plan and your nutrition plan are built and handed to you in the first session, so you are training that week. There is no month of talking before anything happens.
Is this online or in person?
Online, one on one. Sessions run over video and you have Trevor by text through the whole four weeks, which is what makes this work wherever you live. In person coaching is possible in some locations, case by case, and it is quoted separately, so ask before you buy if that is what you are after.
Why not just buy a program online for a lot less?
You can, and plenty of them are fine. What you do not get is anyone answering when the week goes wrong. Access is the thing being sold here: you can text any day of the four weeks, and the plan changes when your life does.
Do I need a gym?
Either way works. The plan is built around whatever you already have, so a full gym, a rack in the garage or a couple of dumbbells and a bench all work. Trevor builds the training around your setup rather than sending you shopping.
What happens after the four weeks?
You will have proof in your own numbers and a plan written for the next eight to twelve weeks, and you can run it yourself. If you want to keep going with Trevor there is a month to month option and a six month option, and that gets discussed in week four with your results in front of you rather than before you have any.
I have an injury, or something going on with my health.
Tell Trevor on the intake form before your first session, and bring anything your doctor has told you. He coaches training, food and habits. He does not diagnose or treat anything, and where something needs a doctor he will say so rather than work around it.
What happens right after I pay?
You get one link. It takes you to a short intake form, and you pick the time for your first session at the end of the same form. Nothing else to chase.
What if it is not for me?
You can cancel for a full refund any time before your first session. After that session all sales are final, because your assessment is done, your baseline is recorded, and your training and nutrition plans are built and handed to you in it. The work sits at the front of the program rather than spread evenly across it.
Four weeks, one on one, same structure every client. One payment. The first five pay $699, and it goes to $999 once those spots are gone.
You pay, you get one link, you fill in the intake and pick your first session in the same step. Trevor builds from your answers before you speak.
All sales are final once your first session has taken place, because your assessment, your baseline and both plans are delivered in that session. You can cancel for a full refund any time before it. Terms of Service.
